Your guide, Dr Azra Bertrand, is an alchemical physician, with 25+ years experience in healing and eco-spirituality, who worked on the primary neuro-endocrinology research that founded the modern somatics & trauma healing movement.
You’ll experience daily ritual and eco-somatic practice, and in-depth meditations, movement and breath work that will reset your nervous system, and reconnect you to the natural cycles.
