Egyptian and Essene alchemists practiced powerful solar traditions that worked directly with sunlight, elemental forces, and the rhythms of nature to awaken their spiritual and physical bodies.

In this teaching we will explore these ancient eco magical practices and how they relate to the awakening of our own biology today.
